So just who are the Wanderers of Wyrd and what is the background of the guild? Well, the Wanderers are essentially a large group of friends who have just ended up sticking together through many different games who occasionally come together in large numbers when a suitably fun challenge comes along like Warhammer is sure to be! We are more or less an honorable group of dedicated PvP'ers who always put guildmates and guild advancement above their own personal needs. While we always strive to be the best, we fight fairly and show friend and foe alike respect on the battlefield unless they prove deserving of otherwise...

Over the years the Wanderers were the guild Aegis Nauthiz in Dark Age of Camelot (http://guilds.camelotherald.com/guilds/guild.php?s=Percival&g=233), City of Heroes, EQ2 and WoW, & is currently Carnage in Vanguard (http://www.carnage-guild.com). Many of our long term members have also been heavily involved in FPS games like Counterstrike and Unreal Tournament as well as older MMO type games like UO, Asheron's Call, and even LambdaMOO and various MUD's. We have a large population of beta surfers as well with many of our members actively beta testing for DAOC, Wow, CoH, Anarchy Online, Vanguard, EQ2, LOTRO, and quite a few other pet projects that probably should have never made it out of beta! In a nutshell, that's us... PvP domination built on a foundation of friendship, innovation, and exploration.

Welcome to the new web site. Bear with us while everything is sorted out and moved to it's proper place. Action should start picking up here soon hopefully, but release is still a long way off and most of us are actively playing other games at the moment.

As for the guild itself, the main focus of the Wanderers is PvP combat. We will wage large scale warfare through our military wings lead by our Champions and officers while our Group v Group arm, the Konungr af Archaon will participate in honorable small scale combat with other GvG guilds.
